Return & Refund Policy — GlaMerch

We want you to love your purchase from GlaMerch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must include all original packaging and tags.

Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@glamerch.com with

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  2. We will provide you with a return approval and return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or item:

  1. Return the original product for a refund

  2. Place a new order on our website


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package

  2. Include clear photos of the defect and the packaging

  3. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we process and prepare items quickly.
After this window, the order cannot be canceled.


Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then email us for assistance.
