All orders are processed within:

  • 3–5 business days for custom or made-to-order products

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if there are any delays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

We also offer Free Shipping on selected promotions.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the status of your package.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.


🚫 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


❗ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we will help resolve the issue.
